Job Description
The Logistics Team Lead is responsible for breaking down, sorting, preparing, staging, and stocking the sales floor with all new inbound freight while following our Door-To-Floor in 24 hours process. The role involves training and supervising the Logistics Team, planning and prioritizing daily activities, and ensuring stocking standards are met.
Requirements
- 2 years of retail logistics or general warehouse experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required
- Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
