Trade Compliance Analyst

The Trade Compliance Analyst will assist the Director, Trade Compliance in regards to the company’s compliance with trade laws and regulations. Responsibilities include supporting due diligence for new vendors and products, ensuring proper classification and valuation of imported merchandise, and participating in product reviews to validate classification and ensure compliance with governmental agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years related experience
• Proficient and experienced working with USHTS classifications
• Proficient working with U.S. Customs Regulations and Federal Trade Regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to handle sensitive data
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent computer skills, with MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
