Yard Team Lead

The Yard Team Lead will be responsible for supervising the outside customer loading process, greeting and assisting customers, and ensuring merchandise presentation standards in the yard and surrounding work areas.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling devices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build teammate relationships
• Ability to direct and motivate a diverse population
• Demonstrated ability to act decisively, implement solutions, and respond flexibly
