We're looking for an Account Executive in Munich to take sales at fleetster to the next level with structure and passion and redefine success with you.
Requirements
- +2 years of experience as an Account Executive (or in a comparable role) in the B2B SaaS environment
- Confident handling of the entire sales cycle – from individual outreach to prospecting, closing, and handover to the CSM team
- Familiar with high-velocity sales and short sales cycles (~1 month)
- Strong outbound skills and efficient use of inbound leads
- Structured workflow and clean CRM documentation (e.g., Pipedrive)
- Clear prioritization based on deal potential and focus on results
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- High technical affinity and enjoyment of using AI tools
- Fluent German and very good English skills
