FleetWorks is building conversational AI to automate complex workflows for freight carriers and brokers. We're looking for a Deployment Strategist to be the technical and creative backbone for prospects and customers.
Requirements
- Technical Aptitude: Strong comfort with new software and systems
- Problem-Solving & Detail Orientation: A high degree of organization and meticulous attention to detail
- Foundational Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an entrepreneurial product or customer-facing role
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Startup Mentality: Eagerness to jump in, assist where needed, and own execution tasks
