Flender is a leading global supplier for mechanical drive systems and has the reputation for highest performance, innovation, quality, and reliability of mechanical components for 125 years. We're now hiring a talented 1st Shift Assembler for our team in Elgin, IL on a full-time basis.
Requirements
- Perform disassembly and assembly of large industrial gearbox units
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections
- Utilize precision measuring tools
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Assist in root-cause evaluation of damaged parts
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure work is completed to ISO, safety, and quality requirements
