Job Description
As the Branch Manager for our Greymouth branch, with oversight of our Hokitika satellite branch, you'll be at the centre of our West Coast operations, leading a team of six and cultivating a strong, collaborative culture, driving high performance across both sites, building strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders, and fostering a positive, inclusive and customer focused culture.
Requirements
- Are you a strong dynamic leader with a passion for empowering teams and driving success?
- General business acumen and decision-making ability
- Previous experience in maintaining budget alignment and actively seeking out opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs
- Clean, full NZ Drivers Licence
