Job Description
We are looking for an Estimator to join the Higgins team in Mount Maunganui. The role involves preparing accurate, competitive tenders and quotes across a range of civil construction projects, working closely with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors to develop pricing that is robust, practical, and ready for delivery.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent estimating experience
- Proven tendering experience within roading / civil infrastructure construction
- Strong working knowledge of estimating tools, including CCS (Candy)
- Confident communicator who can work across technical and non technical teams
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tenders at once
- Organised, methodical approach and sound judgement around risk and pricing
