Machine Operator

Machine Operator role in a safety-driven production environment with rotating shifts, requiring hands-on experience in manufacturing or production, strong attention to detail, and physical fitness.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven ability to operate both industrial machinery and forklifts safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and a solid commitment to maintaining quality standards in a safe work environment
• Physically fit, and occasional shared lifting of up to 25 kg, and comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces
• Quick to learn new processes, with strong technical aptitude and the ability to apply knowledge in a practical, hands-on setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Basic computer literacy, with the ability to navigate digital control systems
• Preferred Class 1 Full Drivers Licence, and OSH Forklift Licence (advantageous)
