Maintenance Engineer role at Higgins, a leading roading and civil infrastructure company in New Zealand, to drive the successful delivery of maintenance programmes.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience delivering civil/roading works
- Familiarity with ITPs, JSEAs and document control
- Experience using ADM/RAMM and analysing network condition data
- Understanding of NZTA maintenance work categories and annual plan processes
- Strong digital competency (GIS, Power BI, optimisation tools)
- Commercial acumen and cost coding knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong HSEQ mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
