Job Description
Fletcher Construction is seeking an experienced Project Engineer with experience in road maintenance engineering to join their team for Te Wai Takamori o Te Awa Kairangi (Te Awa Kairangi) project.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in engineering or a related field.
- 5+ yearsâ experience in road maintenance engineering and or road asset management, ideally within large or complex project environments.
- Strong working knowledge of maintenance methods, standards, and how to evidence quality for handover.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work with asset owners, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable balancing site time with planning, reporting, and documentation.
