Job Description
Higgins is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Waikato team. The successful candidate will manage project costs, budgets, and financial reporting, and work closely with delivery teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are financially sound and well managed.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- At least five years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction
- Strong understanding of NZ construction contracts, including NZS 3910
