Requirements

• Customer relationships — Building and maintaining strong relationships with local customers and suppliers, and ensuring our team delivers great service and practical solutions.
• Branch performance — Supporting sales activity, managing costs, and helping the team meet achievable targets appropriate for a smaller branch.
• Operational oversight — Ensuring stock levels are well managed, orders run smoothly, and Health & Safety standards are upheld.
