Tire Technician - Team Leader

We are looking for a Tire Technician Team Leader who can help drive efficiency, quality, and accountability within our tire and alignment operations while also contributing hands-on technical support. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of hands-on tire service experience
• Strong understanding of suspension, steering, and alignment fundamentals
• Ability to identify tire wear patterns and recognize related mechanical issues
• Experience using tire machines, balancers, alignment equipment, and standard shop tools safely and effectively
• Ability to organize workflow, coordinate priorities, and support team productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Service, Parts, and technician teams
• High level of professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and exceptional internal and external customer service
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record required
