Shop Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead shop operations, support technician performance, and ensure every repair meets the highest standards of quality and timeliness.

Requirements

• Advanced automotive diagnostic and repair experience required.
• Prior leadership experience as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or similar role preferred.
• Strong understanding of dealership service operations and workflow.
• Proven ability to support and develop technicians through coaching and technical leadership.
• High level of accountability for repair quality and shop performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across service, parts, and management teams.
• Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturer certifications and/or ASE certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
