Job Description
Fletcher Jones Automotive Group is hiring a Customer Service Call Center Representative for their Business Development Center Team in Irvine, CA. This role focuses on confirming and rescheduling service appointments via outbound calls to customers, ensuring excellent guest experiences and maintaining loyalty. The company is an award-winning family-owned organization.
Requirements
- Follow script and guidelines on each and every phone call.
- Master Power Tracks and use appropriately.
- Ensure phones are not left unattended during scheduled shift.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail or customer service (preferred).
