Project Manager

The Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organization and research, development, and product implementation efforts. This includes managing project delivery and commissioning, ensuring customer and company expectations are aligned, and completing projects on time and to specifications.

Requirements

• Application Engineering: Create proposals for new unit sales, leases, and T&M projects (involving manufacturing or engineering support).
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Resource Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.
• Problem Solving: Analyze project issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
