Assembly Operator

Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Labor employees to support manufacturing and assembly operations.

Requirements

• Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
• Position parts according to product knowledge or work instructions
• Fasten parts using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners
• Operate air tools, riveting machines, and other basic production equipment
• Remove small quantities of metal using hand files or scrapers to ensure proper fit
• Perform assembly tasks at the required production rate
• Clean and inspect bumper shells and assembled components
• Assist with loading and unloading shipping racks
• Maintain quality standards through strong attention to detail
• Follow all safety rules, including proper collection, disposal, and management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform all other duties as assigned
