Job Description
Maintenance Automation Maintenance position at Flex-N-Gate in Royal Oak, Michigan, USA, responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of automated equipment, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, and related machinery.
Requirements
- Journeyman Electrician
- General awareness of all safety requirements and regulations
- Troubleshoot and program PLC logic
- Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on all robots
- Work on all aspects of automation; electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical
- Familiarity with electrical codes and procedures
- Electrical work from facility power to repairing non-automated machines
- Self-starter who shows ability to find work when not directly pointed out
- Ability to attend classes for current and new equipment
- Work in environment with welding fumes from robots
- Lift, twist, bend, squat, climb, stand and walk continuously in close, confined surroundings
- Work mandatory OT as required 6-7 days per week
