Job Description
The Automatic Press Operator is responsible for the set-up and operation of Automatic Presses equipped with coil feed lines, ensuring the safety of assigned personnel and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Must pass written mechanical aptitude/knowledge test.
- Requires the ability to read instructions and perform tasks as instructed.
- Ability to read, comprehend and navigate through multiple HMI screens.
- Knowledge of Die Protection units such as Rexcon, smart-pac, wintriss, etc……
- Knowledge of Coil feedlines, Straighteners adjusting set and feeders adjusting pitch, pilot release, etc.………...
