
Job description
The Quality Engineer supports and promotes quality improvement efforts throughout the plant, evaluating and developing quality improvement and reliability techniques. They work with employees, suppliers, and clients to produce quality products that meet or exceed customer and plant requirements.
The Quality Engineer will coordinate corrective action and continuous quality improvement, review customer test requirements, and ensure that production produces quality products according to specifications. They will also support calibration system maintenance and provide on-site support to clients/suppliers as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work in a team environment, and have excellent communication skills. They will also be able to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
