Job Description
Flex is looking for a Quality Engineer to support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Engineering or a related field
- Advanced English communication skills
- Proven experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
- Experience conducting internal and external audits
- Strong ability to support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Solid understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes for electronic components
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and high-volume production environments
- Leadership experience managing technicians and auditors in multi-shift operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Strong command of quality tools and methodologies
- Customer-focused mindset and experience working with quality standards such as ISO
- Demonstrated ability to monitor, analyze, and report Quality KPIs
