Job Description
The Quality Manager manages the quality department, implements and maintains quality management and document control systems, and drives continuous improvement activities. They will interview, train, develop, evaluate, promote, and discipline subordinate personnel, and support plant wide quality improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in quality engineering or related technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a manufacturing facility
- Six Sigma certification preferred
