Job Description
The Weld Supervisor is responsible for monitoring weld technicians in welding processes to ensure quality and integrity, while optimizing resources and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Technical Degree in related field or Three years related work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency with database applications and administration systems, specifically Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize
