FlexPower's Power Traders are ambitious traders working in shifts to cover power supply. They monitor market conditions and electricity flows, using data to make informed trading decisions. The role demands strong analytical skills, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, prioritizing passion over innate talent.
