We are seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to spearhead our Talent Management and Development function, designing and executing a comprehensive strategy to cultivate, develop, and retain top talent across Flex.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Talent Management, L&D, and/or OD or transferable experience
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs
- Experience in tech, fintech, or proptech preferred
- Prior experience in a people management role, with a proven ability to coach, and develop talented individuals
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, manipulating, and interpreting data
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience leveraging technology to manage workflow, improve processes, and using data/metrics to improve performance
- Excellent internal customer service and written/verbal communication skills
- Able to make tough calls and comfortable sharing differing perspectives
- Outstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Self-starter who approaches challenges with emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving skills
