Inventory Lead (2nd Shift)

To support the extraordinary teams at Crown Technical Systems, we're looking to add a Lead Inventory Coordinator who will oversee the inventory process and lead a team of employees in completing assigned tasks within the manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in inventory, shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience in inventory, shipping and receiving, logistics, or related field
• Prior experience in effectively leading a team of employees
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them, when appropriate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented skills
• Solid organizational and time management skills
