Mechanical Design Staff Engineer

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner that helps market-leading brands design, build, and deliver innovative products. We're looking for a Sr./Staff Mechanical Engineer to support our teams in Nanshan R&D.

Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience with independent completion of Shelf, PDU, or power development products
• Proficiency in pro/e drawing software
• Familiarity with common plastic and metal parts structure design
• Understanding of plastic and metal material properties, processing, and fabrication
• Familiarity with relevant structure design technical specifications and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of CNC machining, metal forming, casting, welding, pressing, injection molding, and metal surface treatment
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety regulations and familiarity with motherboard power flow calculation
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-learning ability, and teamwork spirit
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
