Job Description
Flex is seeking a Sr./Staff Mechanical Engineer to support our teams in building great products and contributing to our growth. The role involves product design, testing, and problem-solving, as well as collaboration with engineers and customers. The successful candidate will have experience in product development, design, and testing, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- 6 years or more of design experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with independent completion of Shelf, PDU, or power development products
- Proficiency in pro/e drawing software
- Knowledge of common plastic and metal components, as well as materials and manufacturing processes
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
