Molding Process Engineering Co-op

To support the development of injection molding processes for high-precision medical components, Flex is looking for a Molding Process Engineering Co-Op to assist in process development and validation, collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams, and perform various tasks related to mold trials, defect analysis, and documentation.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science
• Understanding of Injection Molding Process fundamentals
• Basic process validation knowledge in highly regulated environments
• Defect and root cause analysis experience
• Understanding of mold tooling components and ability to read basic mechanical drawings
• Strong documentation and communication skills
