Product Engineering Director

Flex is looking for a Product Engineering Director to lead a team in Shenzhen, China, to drive failure analysis and solution development for high power supply and battery back-up unit products.

Requirements

• Bachelor (or above) in power electronics or electrical, automation
• 10+ years in engineering or design experience with over 5+ years leadership experience
• Good Power electronics/power supply/battery backup unit knowledge and strong insight for latest production/product technology trend
• Strong logical thinking ability and issue analysis ability
• Strong leadership skill with global thinking
• Self-motivated, passionate work, eager to learn and grow, good teamwork
• Fluent English skill for both oral and written
