Production Planning Supervisor

Job Summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Purchasing Manager Direct located in Guadalajara, North Campus. The Purchasing Manager Direct role involves overseeing activities related to the procurement of Direct Planning materials, parts, and In charge of helping materials and production functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of production planning and practices
• Experience as a Production planning Manufacturing industry
• Advanced English
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Successful use of decision-making and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Production planning and demand management
• Experience managing production schedules and work orders
• Strong follow-up on production execution and material floor
• Coordination of material supply to production lines
• Inventory accuracy control and cycle counting practice
• Inventory management
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTD (On Time Delivery)
• Work order aging tracking and reporting
