We're looking to add a Production Supervisor to our team in Columbia, SC, to support our manufacturing operations and drive growth. As a Production Supervisor, you'll direct multiple production processes, manage teams, and ensure quality, cost, and delivery goals are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6 years of operations experience
• Technical and functional expertise with broad knowledge across multiple technologies, processes, and functions
• People, process, and customer relationship management skills
• Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
