Program Management Manager

To support Flex's extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to growth, we're looking for a Program Management Manager in Shenzhen to lead cross-functional teams, drive urgency, and manage external customer engineering relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering or equivalent
• Seven to twelve years related experience and/or training
• Eight years of cross-functional project management experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from external and internal customers
• Ability to effectively present information to management, development team members, and to the customer
• Excellent management, organizational, and administrative skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel software
