The Quality Auditor position is responsible for ensuring accurate data collection, conducting internal audits, and initiating product/process improvements. The role involves monitoring and reporting metrics, preparing reject reports, and providing immediate feedback to production areas. The Quality Auditor must have a strong understanding of basic inspection techniques, functional skills, and Flex techniques.
Requirements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Typically requires an understanding of basic inspection techniques.

- Has awareness of Flex techniques.
- Use of the following skills/tools may be required: Electronic Assembly: color code, component, schematics, touch-up, commercial soldering, mechanical assembly, surface mount assembly, point to point wiring; Inspection: bare board, loaded, components, cable/harness, microscope, measuring tools; Mechanical & Electrical Tools: measuring tools; Office Skills: data entry, spreadsheet (PC), software.
