Job Description
We are looking for a new Senior Facilities Coordinator to be based in Blackburn. The role involves creating a method for monitoring the progress of a company's programmes and improving efficiency, developing strong relationships with team members, vendors and partners, and supervising and coordinating activities of the parties involved in the programme.
Requirements
- Level 3 Certificate or Diploma in Facilities Management, or Project management
- Experience of working as a facilities/project manager/senior Facilities coordinator or similar, up to 12 months
- National B Driving License
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Knowledge of structured methodologies such as APM, PRINCE2, or PRINCE2 Agile or similar
- Capex Programme Coordinator
