Senior Product Manager, Onboarding

Flex is a growth-stage FinTech company creating the best rent payment experience. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Onboarding pillar of our core product and lead a cross-functional team to ship innovative features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with a track record of driving impact on consumer or B2B2C products
• Analytical horsepower with the ability to dig deep into data and deliver results
• High attention to detail and effective communication with senior stakeholders
• Scalability and ability to wear multiple hats as a leader and a 'doer'
