We're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define product positioning, lead new product and feature launches, and drive adoption, activation, and retention campaigns. The role spans both our Flex Corporate Brand (B2B) and a stealth Flex Elite B2C product.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading Product Marketing in a high-growth B2B FinTech or similar multi-product environment.
- Experience creating go-to-market strategies for new products and features, including producing launch videos, landing pages and similar assets.
- Experience launching adoption, activation and retention campaigns, including email, sms, and in-app message campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing teams with clear, confident communication.
- Strong analytical mindset define KPIs, track progress, and drive decisions through data.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams on brand, copy, and visual assets.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- High technical fluency with modern marketing and analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills, able to lead cross-functional initiatives with urgency and accountability.
