Flex is seeking a Sr Director, Program Management to develop corporate, global, and organizational policies and direct cross-functional activities to deliver quality programs to external customers. The role involves providing leadership and support to project managers, managing projects in line with project management processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
• Fluent English
• Proven leadership of NPI/launch programs
• Strong experience coordinating engineering disciplines
• Drive end-to-end program execution
