Sr. EE Engineer

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an EE Engineer located in Shenzhen. The role involves working with a matrixed, cross functional team of technical experts within Flex organization, extending and building new resources/ capabilities to incorporate into the Flex knowledge base, and driving toward creative, robust, and effective solutions that meet customer requirements.

Requirements

• Functional knowledge, education background or 4 years working experience required.
• Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
• Demonstrates mastery of expertise in multiple areas and industry.
• Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough comprehension of Flex and related business.
• Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and comprehension of connections of such processes.
