Requirements

• Be the bridge between innovation engineering teams and high-volume production groups
• Evaluate product designs and provide data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative manufacturing processes
• Lead quick-reaction engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges
• Apply statistical process control (SPC) and analytical tools to monitor and optimize performance and yield
