Technical Program Manager

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technical Program Manager located in Austin, TX. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for one or more customer projects from the initial engagement on a board until the last prototype build has been completed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of technical background in Contract Manufacture or OEM industry.
• Prior experience in program or project administration/management, with demonstrated ownership of end‐to‐end program execution and overall program health.
• Advanced operational, technical, and people/process management skills, with the ability to work cross‐functionally and build strong internal and external customer relationships in a customer‐facing environment.
• Expert understanding of multiple functional processes and technologies, including their interdependencies across the site.
• Strong execution and communication skills, ensuring on‐time delivery, clear stakeholder communication, and effective use of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) for reporting and analysis.
