The role involves partnering with the Design & Engineering teams and commercial teams to drive the design, validation and implementation of innovative and cost-effective product solutions of varying scope in order to meet customer requirements from development of conceptual prototypes and architecture thru the NPI phase.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional experience with a strong background in PCBA, system integrations, and rack integration
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Advanced functional, technical, and people/process management skills, with strong internal and external customer‐relationship capability
- Demonstrated mastery across multiple subject areas and industry domains, with deep expertise in relevant functional technologies and processes
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret highly complex technical and business documents
- Exceptional communication abilities, including writing innovative speeches/articles and delivering persuasive presentations on complex or controversial topics to senior leadership and public groups
- Strong analytical abilities, including working with probability, statistical inference, data analysis, and interpreting technical instructions involving abstract or variable conditions
