Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Several years of hands‐on experience as a Test Engineer in a manufacturing or electronics environment.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross‐functional global teams.
• Programming experience in Python.
• C++ experience is a strong plus.
• Experience developing and deploying test solutions for NPI and volume manufacturing.
• Experience developing instrument drivers and diagnostic tests.
• Ability to design, debug, and support functional test hardware, computer platforms, and system interfaces.
• Experience developing test plans, validation strategies, and detailed test procedures.
• Proven experience coordinating and managing third‐party vendors for test development, fixture design, and system enhancements.
• Ability to identify and propose hardware and system improvement opportunities for functional test equipment.
• Experience generating cost estimates and quotations for test hardware and software solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‐solving skills with a structured, data‐driven mindset.
• Strong hands‐on experience with functional test equipment and customized test stations.
