Test Engineer

Flex is seeking a Test Engineer to support our teams who build great products and contribute to our growth. The Test Engineer will be responsible for supporting AOI testing and SMT process validation, troubleshooting and optimizing inspection systems, and collaborating directly with clients to address technical issues.

Requirements

• BA/BS Mechanical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer or equivalent work experience
• Solid experience as a Test Engineer in manufacturing or electronics environment
• Strong expertise in AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and AXI inspection systems
• Hands-on experience with KohYoung
• Experience working with Omron and Bitrox technologies
• Solid understanding of SMT processes
• Experience with Python programming for test automation and troubleshooting
• Ability to analyze defects and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Advanced English level with ability to communicate and collaborate with clients
• Strong problem-solving skills
