Training Specialist

We're looking for a Training Specialist to develop and conduct training programs for employees within the organization, reporting to the Operations Training Manager.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or a related field
• Prior training experience is preferred
• Experience in SMT and liquid cooling or thermal management processes is preferred
• Good communication skills and excellent relational skills
• Demonstrates operations and technical skills and comprehension of Flex’s functional standards
• Use of Office Skills: office software to include, word-processing, spreadsheets, and presentation packages
