Staff Software Engineer (d/m/f)

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering (Backend and algorithmic) in the cloud
• 2-3 years of experience with Python, including object-oriented design
• 3+ years of experience in onboarding, mentoring and coaching colleagues
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform, including core services such as ECS, RDS, Lambda, Amazon Data Firehose, SQS, S3, and networking/IAM fundamentals
• Proactivity in understanding industry trends and business, complementary to technical experience
• Proven track record of pragmatic delivery and strategic project execution
• Experience working cross-functionally, especially with Product and Data Science teams
• Team player with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts, as well as work independently on solutions
• Experience and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Full business proficiency in English
