Collection Agent (Credit)

FlexAuto is a rapidly growing car leasing company that offers flexible and accessible terms. We are looking for a Collections Agent to join our team in Rome, Italy. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to maintain excellent client relationships and safeguard FlexAuto's profitability through efficient debt collection.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven working experience as Accounts Receivable or Credit Collection Clerk
• Solid understanding of credit collection practices, basic accounting principles, and collection regulations
• Experience in negotiating payments and handling customer objections in a professional and effective manner
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets
• Proficiency in English and MS Office
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
