Job Description
We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our offices in Athens and drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across the organization. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or similar roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus
- Solid understanding of financial statements and business drivers
- Experience with ERP systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek & English
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
