The HR Operations Specialist provides operational support across payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR technology systems to ensure continuity of critical HR processes, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience supporting payroll processing and benefits administration in an HR or payroll environment
- Experience working with HR systems that support payroll and benefits administration (e.g., UKG, Oracle, or similar platforms)
- Understanding of payroll processes and benefits administration practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
